Noodle Bar by Ginger Debuts at MGM National Harbor
Spinoff of resort’s popular pan-Asian restaurant dishes homestyle noodles on casino floor
NATIONAL HARBOR. Md. (June 16, 2021) – The culinary minds behind MGM National Harbor’s celebrated pan-Asian restaurant are debuting “Noodle Bar by Ginger” today on the resort’s casino floor. The 28-seat bar serves up homestyle noodle soups and appetizers from across Asia steeped in mouthwatering flavors.

“Since opening day, Ginger has continued to be one of the most popular and beloved restaurants at MGM National Harbor,” said Anthony Cieplinski, the resort’s executive chef. “Our guests have long had an appetite for more from Ginger, and we’re excited to introduce this new destination serving authentic noodle dishes from its chefs right in the middle of the action.”
Highlights at Noodle Bar by Ginger include:
- Hong Kong-Style Wonton Soup ($16.88)
- Taiwanese Spicy Braised Beef Soup ($16.88)
- Korean-Style Oxtail Soup ($28.88)
- Sichuan Spicy Dumplings ($12.88)
- Sichuan Dan-Dan Noodle with Ground Pork ($16.88)
The menu also offers a selection of cocktails, sake, and wine-by-the-glass.
Noodle Bar by Ginger is located on the casino floor near the entrance from the Conservatory. Hours of operation are Sunday – Thursday from 6 p.m. to 1 a.m. and Friday and Saturday from 7 p.m. to 2 a.m.
