Bread + Butter to Open 2nd East Coast Location at the resort’s National Market
NATIONAL HARBOR, Md. (July 14, 2023) – Bread + Butter, an original MGM Resorts International concept, will open its second East Coast Location at MGM National Harbor this fall.
Expanding upon the first location at Borgata Hotel Casino & Spa in Atlantic City, Bread + Butter’s robust menu will boast an assortment of homestyle, all-American classic dishes inspired by diner fare. Guests looking to indulge will enjoy the savory loaded fries selections which range from classic with cheese, bacon, green onion and sour cream to heartier options like the hangover with sliced hot dog, bacon, beef patty, cheese, gravy and fried egg. Lighter fare will include avocado toast with chili flakes, tomato and micro greens; turkey, ham and chicken salad sandwiches; and a variety of pastries. An assortment of decadent dessert options such as coconut cream pie, lemon meringue pie and creamy milkshakes also will be available.
MGM National Harbor’s Executive Chef Anthony Cieplinski said, “Whether looking for a quick bite in the morning, a leisurely lunch or a late-night snack, you’ll find just what your palate craves at Bread + Butter. From grab-and-go options to diner-style breakfast dishes and homestyle classics, guests can enjoy an expansive menu with options available from early morning to late in the evening."
Bread + Butter will open in the Pappas Crabcakes space as Pappas transitions to the former Memphis Q location, both in National Market. Further details on Bread + Butter will be revealed in the coming weeks. For the latest updates visit the MGM National Harbor website.
