It's our favorite day of the year, Harbor Halloween! Join us for an afternoon full of spooktacular fun for the whole family. Check out the schedule of activities below:

10:00 am - 10:00 pm: Kids in costume ride free on The Capital Wheel with a paying adult

12:30 - 2:30pm: Trick-or-treating at participating locations

12:30 - 2:30pm: Meet & greet with our community partners in the Capital Canopy

12:30 - 3:30pm: Free rides on the Spirit Park Carousel for children in costume

1:00 - 2:30pm: Screening of Hocus Pocus 2 on the Plaza Screen

2:30pm: Pumpkin Carving Contest on the Plaza Stage

2:45pm: Pet Costume Pawrade on the Plaza Stage.

3:30 - 10:00pm: Dogs ridge free with paying adult on The Capital Wheel

• Special photo packages for dogs in costume will be available for purchase online or at the ticket booth

3:30 - 8:00pm: Howling Happy Hour at Flight Deck

• $6 draft beer, wine and hard seltzer at Flight Deck with treats and tricks for dogs
