Prince George's Film Festival
Here's everything you need to know about the very first Prince George’s Film Festival, taking place September 22-25. This four-day experience spans three separate locations: MGM National Harbor, The Sunset Room at National Harbor, and the historic Bowie State University, the first HBCU in the state of Maryland. Each location is jam-packed with incredible experiences for everyone.
Powered by the Prince George’s Film Office, Prince George’s Film Festival: Take One (PGFF) provides filmmakers and film lovers alike a dedicated space to network with peers, learn from industry veterans, and showcase the work of local filmmakers. “We are excited to partner with Experience Prince George’s and Bowie State University to expand the possibilities for film and filmmakers in the County,” says Rhonda Dallas, CEO and Chief Curator of Prince George’s Arts and Humanities Council. “The goal of PGFF 2022 is to not only showcase Prince George’s County as a blossoming filmmaking destination, but also highlight the best of cinema in Prince George’s County and support filmmakers, animators, digital artists, digital creators, and film enthusiasts by creating a transformational attendee experience.”
