National Harbor is home to 16 black-owned businesses in the Waterfront District as well as six at Tanger National Harbor: Blank Slate, Blossoms Boutique, The Furlough Cheesecake, Gazelle, Smoke-N-the-City, Upscale Sneaker Boutique and YumYums Kitchen.
