Rates

Annual Slips are $7,425 plus $165 per foot (LOA) over 45 feet, with metered electricity. Fixed pier side tie dockage is an additional 20% and floating pier side tie dockage is an additional 10%.

Visiting Overnight Dockage is $112.50, plus $2.50 per foot (LOA) over 45 feet.

• Holidays and designated Special Events are $135, plus $3.00 per foot (LOA) over 45 feet. Two night stays are required.
• Side Tie dockage is an additional 20%.
• Electricity is charged per cord according to the following:
  • 30 amp: $5 per day
  • 50 amp: $10 per day
  • 100 amp: 2 phase, $20 per day; 3 phase, $50 per day

Lunch and Dinner Dockage for Weekends, Friday-Sunday, Holidays and designated Special Events is $20 for up to 4 hours. For Weekdays, it is $10 for up to 4 hours.

Limited Mooring is available at 60% of above fees. Marina launch services are available.

Fuel Discounts are offered to Annual Slip holders at $0.10 per gallon up to 1,000 gallons. Volume fuel discounts are offered to all for 300+ gallons at $0.05 per gallon, 500+ gallons at $0.10 per gallon and 1,000+ gallons at $0.15 per gallon.
