Cirque du Soleil returns to the D.C. metropolitan region with the highly-acclaimed touring show, TOTEM. It’s been two years since Cirque du Soleil has entertained audiences in this area, but the stage lights will turn on once again with the opening of TOTEM on Wednesday, August 15 at the Plateau at National Harbor
